For a major biennial event attracting over 10,000 attendees from the utilities, transportation, and infrastructure industries, Sho-Link was the chosen partner to ensure a flawless experience. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, Sho-Link utilized a mix of owned, custom, and rental components to manage costs while delivering an exceptional event.

Sho-Link's strategic planning and execution were essential in organizing and implementing key features. We employed a grid-like system to develop a layout for the Mega Booth exhibit spaces, dividing each large booth, averaging 10,000 square feet, into smaller, manageable quadrants for efficient move-in and installation. Our meticulous management, including extensive pre-planning and logistics coordination, ensured seamless material handling, setup, and breakdown, all while bringing the event in under budget.

Our commitment to excellence was evident through various enhancements. We efficiently managed 50 trailers of equipment and exhibits, printed and installed over 400 SEG fabric and hard-wall graphics for a visually stunning presentation, and deployed 104 certified laborers dedicated to high-quality service and support.
