Sho-Link provided labor and supervision for installing various elements, including the main display, Formula One experience, SWAG store, sponsors' wall, gold sponsor spaces, and silver sponsor kiosks. Each sponsor space featured custom graphics, with many also including monitors.
One of the main challenges was coordinating and obtaining custom graphics from multiple sponsors, managing proofs, and securing approvals—all on a tight timeline. Additionally, the historic resort where the event was held, built in 1926, presented logistical challenges, including limited space for trailers and the need to truck everything in and out. Despite these obstacles, Sho-Link managed the process seamlessly.
Another challenge arose when the space was double-booked, requiring us to manage the transition as another event moved inefficiently. The dismantling process went smoothly thanks to meticulous planning, and the client was extremely satisfied with the results.
The event was a great success, attracting a record number of attendees and sponsors. We look forward to collaborating on the upcoming event scheduled for Las Vegas in October
