NATIONAL SOCIETY CONVENTION & EXPO
Sho-Link was honored to serve as the general service contractor for a major annual event for the third consecutive year. This year, the event was notably larger and more impressive than ever. Attendance surged by 33%, reaching 40,000 people, and vendor participation increased by 13%, with 600 vendors. This growth also meant managing a higher volume of freight and exhibitor-owned vehicles.
The event saw the addition of several new food vendors, expansion of existing vendor spaces, and introduction of new areas for private meetings. We also implemented enhanced crowd control measures on the convention floor, expanded the prayer area, and ensured security with magnetometers at the entrance.
Sho-Link was honored with an award for our valuable contribution to the event as a testament to our successful partnership. Overall, it was an extremely successful and rewarding experience.
