For this corporate anniversary and expo, Sho-Link was tasked with bringing a high-profile event to life — one that was nothing short of remarkable. With an exceptionally tight timeline and no pre-defined content or rehearsals, we were up against a challenge, but it was one we were eager to take on. The result? A seamless and visually stunning experience that captivated attendees.
We used custom 3:1 screens, eight 21k laser projectors, and a three-camera setup (including an overhead robot cam) to capture every key moment. The stage design featured a lightbox for that extra sophistication, while our custom lighting and advanced audio tech ensured every detail was perfect. We also enhanced the guest experience with branded lobby signage, a selfie station, and an efficient check-in process.
Even with the tight deadline and complicated features, our team delivered without missing a beat. The event was not only executed, but it also exceeded expectations, setting a new standard for what’s possible under pressure. All in all, it was an extraordinary event we’re proud to have brought to life.
